- Chop or crush garlic finely.

- Check the chicken after 28 minutes whether they are cooked. If you like them to be burned and caramelised, leave them for 30 minutes.
- Take chicken out of oven. Mix 1 Tbsp Hoysin Sauce and 1 Tbsp sesame oil to finish up the dish. Then garnish with sesame seeds, chopped spring onions and coriander leaves.
Brush with half of hoisin mixture. Turn wings over; brush with remaining hoisin mixture. Place wings in a large bowl and sprinkle with baking powder and salt, tossing to coat evenly. Arrange wings in a single layer on wire rack placed over a baking sheet. Rinse wings and drumettes and pat dry.
