Shake excess flour from the prawns. Place the shrimp, bell pepper, and onion in the bowl, and gently toss to coat. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add chorizo. Add balsamic vinegar and continue to cook for another minute or so until vinegar is reduced and sticky (careful this can burn quickly!).
