Steps to make Chinese bhel:
- Put enough water to boil. When it starts boiling add salt and oil. Add hakka noodles to it.
- When the noodles got boiled strain them. Pour some cold water over them. Don't over cook the noodles.
- When the water is completely drained, add corn flour and mix well. Now deep fry the noodles.
- Now crush the golden brown deep fried noodles.
- Cut the veggies as mentioned above and put a pan on flame. Add oil and butter together. Add ginger garlic to the oil and then add spring onions. Let them saute well. Now add capsicum, carrot and cabbage and cook on high flame.
- Add salt and pepper, schezwan sauce, tomato ketchup and red chilli sauce. Mix well. Don't over cook the veggies. Add some spring onions greens.
- Now, add fried noodles to the veggies mixture. Garnish with spring onions greens and some noodles. Add tomato ketchup too.
