In a pan pour oil, add turmeric powder, fry green chillies, peanuts and raisin. Allow the mixture to cool completely and transfer it into a deep bowl.
Steps to make Poha (mixed with bhel):
- Firstly wash Poha and keep aside in a big bowl, put little haldi in Pohu. In a Pan/ Kadai, roast peanuts for few minutes and then put Oil when heating put mustard seeds and Jeera when crackles put chopped Onions stir for few minutes, then put curry patta, put chopped boiled potatoes and put peeled chopped tomato in it and cover the Kadai for few minutes.
- Then put haldi, Red chilli powder salt and Pohu, stir for a while, then put 1/2 lemon juice and cover the Kadai for few minutes and garnish with coriander leaves and Mix Bhel and serve hot.
In a pan pour oil, add turmeric powder, fry green chillies, peanuts and raisin. Allow the mixture to cool completely and transfer it into a deep bowl. Add the sukha chutney and all the remaining ingredients and mix well. To this add little scrapped coconut and finally garnish with some nylon sev./omapodi. The poha can be eaten as it as a evening snack without serving on the sheets too.
