- Take a kadhai add peanuts cook till it becomes crackle. Remove fried peanuts from kadhai.
- Now in same kadhai put green chilli,hing,curry leaves stir for 30sec then add chivda.
- When chivda rise then add puffed rice cook for 5 min on low flame.
- Now add all the spices one by one.
- When it cool down at room temp. Add dalmoth and fried nuts mix well.keep store in airtight jar. Serve anytime or teatime.
