  1. For masala murmure, in a pan heat 3 tablespoon oil. Add 1 teaspoon mustard seeds. When crackles add asafoetida. Add murmure then add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder. Roast till turns crisp.
  2. In a mixing bowl take masala murmure. Add Sev, savoury bundi, chana dal and khakhra. Mix well.
  3. Keep all veggies and chutneys ready. At the time of serving take prepared murmure mixture in a plate. Add all vegas and chutneys according to your taste and choice.
  4. Combine well. Garnish with sev and chopped coriander leaves. Yummy bhel is ready.
