Instructions to make Chinese Bhel:
- Boil water in large pan or kadhai and add little salt and few drops of oil and add noodles in it and cook for 7-10 minutes. Drain water. and let it cool.
- Chopped veggies in long pieces.
- Heat oil in kadhai for deep frying and add little little noodles
- Fry noodles crisper and golden brown in colour.remove it from oil and let it cool.
- Heat oil in pan on high flame add veggies and saute it for 2 minutes by stiring.
- Add salt, sauces and mix it.
- Add fried noodles in it and mix it
- Our bhel is ready to serve
- Garnish with spring onion and and serve it.
