- Prepare to taste Mint coriander chatuney

The taste of bhel puri lies on the chutney used in it. I had bhel puri in Kailash Parbhat once and totally loved it. Since we went for lunch buffet, the chaat items were unlimited. And we all enjoyed the delicious chaat very well.
Instructions to make Bhel puri(papadi) / bhel poori chaat:
- In a large bowl add puffed rice peanut, potato, onion, tomato, green chillies, farsan, Sprinkle salt, cilantra, crushed papadi, sev, together.
- Add tamriand chatuney, mint coriander chatuney according to your taste. mix well.
- Garnish for sev, papadi, toamto sauce and tortilla chips.
- Serve immediately.
Since we went for lunch buffet, the chaat items were unlimited. And we all enjoyed the delicious chaat very well. Since I made Sev for Diwali, and I had some puffed rice that I bought for Saraswathi pooja, I thought of making bhel puri/Poori at home. I thought first I will make the. Bhel puri is a very common chaat made from puffed rice, sev, papdi, peanuts and mixed with onions, boiled potato, chaat masala and various chutneys.
