  5. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and bacon(i used precooked)
  6. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes

Place mixture in casserole pan and top with remaining sharp cheddar. Boil chicken in a large pot of salted water. When chicken is done, remove from pot, keeping water/broth at a boil. In a soup kettle or Dutch oven, combine the first nine ingredients. In a large pot, combine the Ro*tel with the juice, undiluted cream of mushroom soup, Velveeta cheese, and cream cheese.
